You may opt out of all fg771 marketing communications at any time via your account settings or by contacting support. Opting out does not affect essential account and transaction notifications required by regulation.
Subject to PAGCOR and AMLC retention requirements, you may request deletion of your personal data from fg771's systems. Requests are reviewed within thirty (30) calendar days and handled in accordance with RA 10173.
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how fg771 ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), operator of fg771.club, collects, uses, discloses, and protects the personal information of individuals who register for or use the fg771 platform ("you," "Player," "Data Subject"). This Policy is issued pursuant to Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and the issuances of the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines. By registering an account or using fg771, you consent to the practices described in this Policy.
fg771 is the Personal Information Controller (PIC) in respect of personal data processed in connection with the fg771 platform. fg771 operates under authorization from the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is subject to the jurisdiction of Philippine data protection law. When you create an fg771 account, we collect: full legal name; date of birth; Philippine residential address; Philippine mobile number; email address; and a password (stored in encrypted, hashed form — never in plain text).
As required by PAGCOR regulations and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (RA 9160 as amended), fg771 collects KYC documentation, which may include:
fg771 records all deposit and withdrawal transactions, including: payment method used (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, etc.); transaction amounts in PHP; transaction timestamps; and account identifiers associated with the payment method. Full payment instrument numbers (e.g., complete card numbers) are not stored by fg771 — these are handled by PCI-DSS certified payment processors.
fg771 maintains records of your gaming activity, including: games played; wager amounts; win and loss records; session durations; device type and operating system; IP address; and approximate geolocation (country/city level). This data is used for account security, responsible gaming monitoring, regulatory reporting, and platform improvement.
When you contact fg771 customer support via live chat, email, or other channels, we retain records of those communications, including the content of your messages, timestamps, and the resolution of any reported issue. These records are used for quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution.
Most personal data is collected directly from you during account registration, KYC submission, deposit and withdrawal requests, and customer support interactions on the fg771 platform.
fg771 automatically collects certain technical data when you access the platform, including IP address, device identifiers, browser type and version, operating system, session duration, and pages visited. This data is collected through server logs, cookies, and similar tracking technologies as described in Section 6 of this Policy.
fg771 may receive supplementary identity verification data from licensed KYC/AML service providers operating in the Philippines. In certain cases, fraud prevention data may be shared with fg771 by payment processors to protect against unauthorized transactions on your fg771 account.
fg771 processes your personal data for the following purposes:
fg771 engages the following categories of third-party data processors under written data processing agreements that require compliance with RA 10173: payment processors (GCash/Mynt, PayMaya/Maya Bank, BancNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank); KYC and identity verification service providers; cloud infrastructure and hosting providers; customer support platform providers; and fraud detection service providers. These processors may only use your data for the specific purposes for which they were engaged by fg771.
fg771 is legally required to share player data with PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), and Philippine law enforcement authorities when required by law, court order, or regulatory directive. Such disclosures are made in accordance with applicable legal requirements and are logged for audit purposes.
fg771 does not and will not sell, rent, license, or trade your personal information to third-party marketers, data brokers, or any commercial entity for their independent use. This prohibition applies regardless of whether the data is in identifiable or aggregated form.

In the event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, fg771 will notify the National Privacy Commission (NPC) within seventy-two (72) hours of becoming aware of the breach, as required by the NPC's breach notification rules. Affected data subjects will be notified without undue delay in accordance with RA 10173 Section 20(f).
As a Filipino data subject, you hold the following rights under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, which fg771 is obligated to honor:
To exercise any of the above rights, submit a written request to the fg771 Data Protection Officer at [email protected]. fg771 will acknowledge your request within five (5) business days and respond substantively within thirty (30) calendar days. Identity verification may be required prior to fulfilling access or erasure requests. If you believe fg771 has violated your data privacy rights, you may also file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines.
fg771 is strictly prohibited from serving any individual under the age of twenty-one (21) years, as required by PAGCOR regulations. fg771 does not knowingly collect or process personal data of individuals under 21. If fg771 discovers that personal data of an underage individual has been collected, that data will be immediately deleted and the account closed. If you believe a minor has accessed or registered on fg771, please contact support immediately at [email protected].
Some of fg771's third-party service providers (including cloud infrastructure and game providers) may process data outside the Philippines. In all such cases, fg771 ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place, including contractual data processing agreements requiring compliance with standards equivalent to RA 10173. fg771 does not transfer data to jurisdictions that lack adequate data protection frameworks without explicit contractual safeguards.
fg771 reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable Philippine law, NPC guidance, PAGCOR regulations, or our internal data practices. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via email and/or an in-platform notification at least fourteen (14) days prior to the effective date. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy will be revised upon each update.
