Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited.

You may be required to provide a government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, UMID, Passport, Driver's License), proof of address, and source of funds documentation. fg771 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, PNB, and ShopeePay. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). fg771 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification status and are disclosed at the time of transaction.
fg771 aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawal requests within fifteen (15) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically processed within two (2) to four (4) banking hours during Philippine banking business hours. fg771 reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or accounts flagged for review.
All funds deposited into your fg771 account must originate from a payment account or instrument legally owned by and registered in your name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will trigger an immediate account review.
All bonuses and promotional credits awarded by fg771 are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
